Terms of Service & Rules

All owners of Kadonuls are covered under the following Terms of Service & Rules. By becoming the owner of a Kadonul (including any Kadonul subspecies, as well as the official Kadonul pet species, Husklings), you agree to these terms.

These terms may be subject to change.

General

  1. Kadonuls are a closed species, which means that you may NOT made your own without a MYO (Make Your Own) slot. These can be obtained by raffles in the Discord server, slot sales, events, or from other members! Harassment over slots will not be tolerated.
  2. As this species also operates on Discord, you must be 13 years old or older to join. If you are found in violation of this, your Kadonul(s) will be voided.
  3. Any designs made to promote hateful speech, offensive stereotypes, or using a race or culture as an 'aesthetic' will not be tolerated.
  4. Please inform a staff member if a Kadonul is traded/sold/gifted, so that the masterlist can stay up to date. It also includes any username change, or moving accounts.
  5. Additionally, you may contact a staff member with any concerns or other problems that may occur if it pertains to the species.
  6. Don't talk about heavily, or commonly triggering topics in public spaces, such as the server. A warning may be issued by staff for this.
  7. All content shared in public spaces ( server & world ) must be PG-13 and must not contain any NSFW material.
  8. Overall respect your fellow members, and non-members!

Designs & Redesigns

  1. You may co-own a design with one (1) other member, however it is not up to the mods to fix or mediate any disagreements between co-owners.
  2. When designing your Kadonul, please keep in mind that we DO NOT allow deku-dogs/canon-based-characters, but we DO allow AU designs.
  3. When you receive an adopt or design from another designer, please read and accept their T.O.S. especially if it comes to redesigns. DO NOT redesign without permission from the original designer.
  4. You CANNOT co-own, trade, sell, or otherwise give a Kadonul design or slot to a blacklisted user. If you are aware of this, and still go through with it, you will also be blacklisted.
  5. Kadonuls may be resold for it's base value as well as any extra art it has. MYOs FROM EVENTS AND RAFFLES HAVE A BASE WORTH OF $0, unless the design is commissioned from someone.
  6. Redesigns are allowed up to 50% of the original design. Anything further will need a redesign ticket, which will be up for purchase in Dimitri's Shop.

Slots

  1. When submitting your MYO you MUST link the comment itself, we cannot accept profiles or screenshots. You must provide a valid slot links so we can mark it as USED.
  2. All slots have a 7 DAY COOLDOWN, meaning that you cannot trade/resell/gift your MYO slots until 7 days have passed. This also includes slots from events, raffles, and purchases!
  3. If anyone is reselling a MYO for more than it's listed value, please contact staff as soon as possible. (NOTE: We do not currently sell MYOs for IRL currency; USD prices will be listed below if the species ever decides to start selling MYOs.)

  4. Adoptables and MYO slots cannot be refunded, even in the event of blacklisting.
  5. Slots from RAFFLES cannot be traded or sold, they can only be gifted.
  6. Slots from EVENTS can be traded or gifted.
  7. Slots from SALES can be traded, gifted, or resold.
  8. If you receive a slot in a trade, you CANNOT resell it.

Payments & Purchases

  1. Payments for slots and adoptables must be sent to the seller in forty-eight (48) hours. Holds and payment plans are allowed, and are to be discussed with the designer or staff in advance.
  2. Backing out or deleting or comments/bids is NOT allowed out. Please only offer if you are able to pay for the adoptable or slot.
  3. If you are scammed, or otherwise cheated out of an adoptable or slot, please notify staff IMMEDIATELY.

Blacklisting

Users on the blacklist are not allowed to obtain/trade for/buy or create a Kadonul. Anyone attempting to get a blacklisted user a Kadonul will result in you being blacklisted as well. WE DO NOT condone or encourage any form of harassment or witch hunt against these users. A detailed blacklist is only available on request.
